I want to measure my fps on the desktop or my browser. Any programs that I can use to do that?

okay I just opened a game and it show the fps of that, but I want to see my fps on the desktop and my web browser, but fraps isn't showing up there.

That's because frames aren't changing. And because fraps only works with games and movies

I just figured it out right now. I just have to enable monitor aero desktop. Fraps works fine. Problem solved.
