How can I move my OS from a 1TB drive to a 250GB SSD?

Ok so, I have a 1TB Western Digital Blue HDD that I have pretty much filled up to the brim. (Theres like 30GB left lol). Much after I built my PC I got a 250GB Samsung SSD and ive put some stuff on there like ESO, Skyrim, and ARMA 3. Is there anyway I could move just my OS onto the SSD without moving my whole HDD over to it?

Thanks!

Welcome to the community, Titan88811!

Yes, indeed, there is a way for you to clone just the OS onto the SSD. I'd suggest you to use Acronis True Image WD Edition, as it allows you to select what you'd want to get cloned. Here's a link to the WD Software, the utility should be first on the list: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=1jkfy7
Since you're not interested in doing an automatic clone (which would make an exact copy of the WD Blue onto the SSD), I'd recommend you to take a look at this guide from our knowledge base that explains how to manually clone a disk with Acronis True Image WD Edition software: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=nq9j2M

Hope it helps. Keep us posted if you have any questions! :)
