How can I obtain a list of IP addresses owned by a specific isp
i want to obtian ip address of fivenet isp . this is in india
examples 202.177.240.xxx or to 58.146.126.xxx i want ip address in that range

i could not get fivenet isp as mine building has no permission to install cable net from new internet providers.

sorry obtain ip address means to get ip address in that range in mine modem network
this means i need mine ip address start from 58.146.96.0 - 58.146.127.255 (any one) but in that range only to login to there hub
there hub allows range from 58.146.96.0 - 58.146.127.255 only and i dont have their isp , i have different isp

You need to dig though the various internet registration databases. As indicated above apnic is one of the common ones for your area.

Although it will take quite a bit of understanding to use the tool well one of simpler ones is from a ISP called hurricane electric.

Although its primary use is to display the network connectivity between isp it is one of the simpler tools to get ip lists. You key in any one of the IP and it will give you the AS number of the company the is announcing the ip to the internet. If you click on the AS number and the prefixes ipv4 tab you will get a list of all the IP that company is announcing. Very large ISP announce ip for many private companies also.

In your case the ISP is very small...compared to say att or verizon etc so there are not as many private companies ip filling up the list. You will see there are many more ip ranges than the 2 you list.

You can't spoof your IP address to make it appear that it is coming from a different ISP.

Then it would seem that you are out of luck.

I have no idea what this popeyehub place does, but I find it hard to believe that it is the only site on the planet that does whatever it is that they do.


Bottom line - Assistance with spoofing your IP address to circumvent their blockage is not allowed in here.
Take this as your last warning about asking this in here.
