Question How can i open new hard drive?

My pc was windows 8.1 and i updated to windows 10 suddenly my hard drive d is disappeared. Then i tried all youtube tutorials how to set up hard drive or re-appear hard drive tried everything but it still can't open.
i went into disk management and unistalled the hard drive and set up new volume and tried to format it as well. When i try to format it it says format is unable and the hard drive shows in disk mngmt as a raw. I tried cmd option and some app's to make the raw to ntfs but it still not working. Even i opened the processor unpluuged the hard drive still not working.
You know what i bought new hard drive as well but same thing happened not working...
it wasn't the i/o bcz local disk c and dvd drive is working properly. Only the extra drive wont work.
Now i have my old hard drive which is 1000gb, and new one 500gb. both of them are alright but won't open.
What should i do? please help me

Sounds like a dead HDD, most probably heads.

I tried all the hdds to local disk c and dvd drive all of them was working but not with the disk f.

I still think that HDD is dead and symptoms point to heads. Can is be seen in BIOS ?

Check health of your drive. Use HDtune health. Post screenshot.

Health looks fine. I don't see Current Pending Sector in that list though.

Try cleaning the drive using diskpart. Then repartition and format it.

I already tried this option didn't work but when you said it i wanted to try again.
But shows like this..

i just checked the f12 option and in advanced settings there hard disk smart disabled do i have to enable?
also all the hard drive shown like sata3_1, sata2_2, sata3_a1 all there.
also do i have to enable external sata?
