How can I open up my old Dell PC case?

I need some help, there were some metal tabs on the case, that my brother completely twisted and snapped, to try to "help" me. Can you help me find a way how to open the case up?

You could try to pry it open, but that my prohibit the case from locking into place again...., are you sure there are no screws holding it in place, i know a lot of the older pre-built rigs have screws fastening the side panel on
