Question How can i optimize windowds for gaming? Im cpu bottlenecked

This is my current pc:
i7 870
tuf gtx 1650 super
8gb of ddr3 ram

So i would like to know what can i do to "optimize it" for gaming like gpu settings are already set how i like it without performance issues but sometimes because of 8gb of ram my games are stuttering sometimes or just freezing for a second. I cant even start a pubg game because if i even turn on shadowplay instant replay it will crash either after the game starts or while a map is loading. I also use second monitor so i always have brave opened

The only "optimization" you can do with that hardware is to turn the graphics level down.

That CPU is woefully underpowered.
Especially if you are going into shadowplay along with the game.

So are you saying that cpu is making the game crash and not low amount of ram?

Unless you want to spend so bucks the best you can do is pick around the edges.

Get the proper bios and drivers.
Don't run unneeded background stuff.
