Question How can I over clock my 9600k at 5ghz and my ram at 3200mhz

I successfully overclock my i5 9600k to 5ghz and it was stable. I the want to clock my ram at advertised speeds by enabling the xmp profile. I use it xmp 1 profile and got it to boot and seemed to run fine until running a game and windows crashed. So I tried enabling xmp 2 which worked and still is but it changed my cpu clock settings and it's now running between 4.2 and 4.6 ghz consistently.

Also if I cant achieve both at the same time which is more important for framerates or should I leave it at current settings
