How can i overclock E8400

Hi, i have an E8400 with the arctic cooling freezer 7 pro on the ASUS P5E. the cpu is at 35-37 idle and 41-45 full load... Can i overclock it just a little bit and still be safe of no damage? If i can the how?

and yes, you can OC that cpu but you need a decent motherboard and ram.
