ECS motherboards are usually locked against overclocking. Sometimes you can set the FSB tro 266 and then reduce the multiplier until you get it stable. Ie you are at 3200 so at 200FSB your multiplier is 16
Setting fsb to 266 will net you 4256 CPU speed (266x16) which probably won't be stable so you reduce the multiplier to x15 and see if is then. and the x14 and so on.
And this is IF your ECS even allows you to change those settings.
