My CPU is a core i5-4590S 3 GHZ
Is there a software that can Overclock for me?
The CPU multiplier is locked on all but the 'K' sku CPU's (i.e. i5-4690K). If your MB BIOS has a setting for adjusting the BCLK frequency, which is 100MHz by default, then it's possible to overclock by increasing the BCLK. The CPU derives its clock speed by a multiple of the BCLK, 100 x 30 = 3GHz in your case. But the BCLK also affects the RAM speed and other system components like the PCI bus, so increasing the BCLK even a little (say 5MHz) can result in system instability and crashes.
You might be able to eek out a 3.1 to 3.2GHz overclock using the BCLK method, but most systems become a little unstable even with that small BCLK overclock -- weird hangs and blue screens. Proceed at your own risk. Don't try to push the BCLK too much though, maybe plus 6MHz max.
