Solution
What should i use to see if my gpu is actually underperforming?
You were at 50% of all the test for that card that site compares all results regardless if your already overclocking or not leave it alone.. You can use MSI afterburner if you just must at your own risk of course.

I never recommend overclocking a video card, you did not list the specific model but chances are it's already factory overclocked and don't have much room left. You might get 5 or so more FPS not really worth risking your card. (in fact probably less than that and might get 0 as your processor can only run any game at a certain FPS depending on the game and game engine)

Like I said that is a trash site for benchmarking.

For testing it I would use PassMark.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

What specific questions or issues were not addressed or answered via the online guides you found?

Overclocking information has its root's with the motherboard and then the CPU/GPU/RAM.

You must also have a PSU with then necessary wattage.

The only thing that makes me wanna do it is the userbenchmark test
Like my cpu ,ram ,ssd are running above expectation
But gpu is about 50th percentile
And the site shows my like a how to overclock guide and stuff
I dont do any crazy graphic rendering or anything else i only game on this pc
Should i even overclock my gpu?

Leave it like it is. That is a rather poor benchmark site.
