I have been trying to use Intel's Turbo Boost, but just can't find Turbo Boost for my Lenovo L340, can anybody help?

Even if you could overclock that CPU, you would still hit the thermal throttling limit that laptop already hits with the current CPU and turbo boost settings. Infact, you might have better battery life, performance and cooling if you can turn turbo boost off in the bios.I have the sub model with the I5-8265U without the touch screen, I checked through BIOS, Turbo Boost is disabled because the CPU is clocked at 1.6ghz (base clock for I5-8265U), and I can't find an option to enable Turbo Boost. If Turbo Boost were enabled it would be clocked at 3.9ghz.
