How can I override my BIOS so I can increase my HD 4000 GPU's VRAM?

Is there a way to do this? And can I do it on Windows 10 or maybe another Windows version?

My motherboard only allows my onboard HD 4000 up to 256MB of VRAM, I know it can go up to 1GB, so is there a way I can do it somehow?

You can't. Windows automatically allocates RAM usage for video.
