How can I play a game using DCOM98 and DCOM 95 on a Windows 7 PC?

I have a PC that runs Windows 7, but I have an old, very nostalgic, game from my childhood that I would like to play. The game uses DCOM98 and DCOM95 but I have no idea how to install these for the game. Or if it is even possible to install them on a W7 PC. Please help as soon as possible!

Try dragging the program into dosbox and hopefully it'll run/install the game for you
