You'd think it would be simple.... I ordered a battery for a laptop, in this case an HP X360, got it wrong ie should have opened it up to check my research was correct before ordering.... and now I'm having trouble returning it as I can't find a UK parcel service that will take it since Lithium batteries are (I now know) classified as Dangerous Goods...

I can't be the only one who's had this issue... could someone please point me towards the service I should be using?

Your help greatly appreciated

What does the retailer say about the return?

Here in the US, I had a $150 UPS arrive, DOA.
The retailer would not take it back for that same issue, Lithium batteries.

They sent me a new one, and said "keep the first one".

Your case is a little bit different, but ask them.
