How can I post a picture on the forum ?

It was hard in my case to found one that work with Tor

Why can't you use IMGUR ? Because of Tor, or some other reason ? I always use Imgur for any image uploading and posting. It works in my case. Though, there are many more image hosting sites as well.

But I find imgur very helpful.

why doesn't the forum implement the possibility of inserting photos directly from the pc to the discussion?

I presume it is done so as to reduce the server/software load and the overall bandwidth usage of these forums. You cannot directly insert images here. you need to first upload them on any image hosting site, and then insert the link over here.

Read this on how to do it, assuming you are not aware of this. Else, you can ignore.
