Seriously? If it was as simple as programming a few variables, everybody, including Microsoft and Google, would already include those changes with the code that is installed. You might be able to streamline a few things, at the cost of losing some functionality, but you can't simply edit a few string variables and instantly speed your browsing or operating system up. Try turning off unused features or removing some start up services. Blackviper has a list of services that can be disabled.
