how can i reboot a satelite toshiba laptop without the disc. Already at the reboot menu. asking for a reboot disv1

i have reset my toshiba right back to start, bur its asking for the reboot CD. Is there any other way to reinstall windows from this menu?

which version of windows did you have on the laptop? If its win 10 it might be faster to do a clean install and ignore the recovery all together, especially if it puts you back on win 7 or 8 instead.
