Question How can i recover data from a formatted SSD

I forgot to backup some of my data before formatting my ssd. There is some way to recover that data?

That data is gone. From a traditional spinning disc there is a very small chance of recovery, but, with an SSD there is none at all.

Backing up your data routinely is ideal. I would run that software. If it doesnt find what you want, you might be out of luck.

Actually i'm doing this right now, its the 3rd software i tried. All i found the last 2 times was windows files.
I just asked to see if there was another way to do this,.

put the SSD in another PC that has Recuva installed....do not install Recuva to the SSD in question...
