How can i recover the factory image of my dell inspirion 5010 laptop

sir i am having windows 7 64 bit operating system.Earlier i was using windows 7 32 bit operating system but when i changed my operating system it lead to formatting of the recovery drive on my laptop.Now i am not able to backup my data on my laptop.so kindly suggest a way through which i can recover the factory image of my laptop.

if the recovery partition was formatted during win 7 64-bit installation, then it is lost. You need to contact Dell and buy the recovery DVDs for your laptop model.

Or find if friends or family members have the exact model and create the recovery DVDs from their computer.

It was wiped out when you reformatted.You will have to call dell to get some new discs

sir i would like to know how can i recover my recovery partition from any exact model?
It will be great on your part if you provide me the details of the second way which you have provided.
