How can i reduce my ping.

Hi, i have a problem that has been bothering me a lot lately..
Usually i had my ping like 30 - 80 but nowadays i have like 90-450.. i have no idea what to do,
speedtest.net shows the same ping i get in games and my router is just on the top of my pc so its really close.

You can use the pathping command in Windows or use an MRT program to try to figure out where your ping is going up. If it's something you control, you can fix the issue, if it's not something you control, then you need to try to route around it by using a VPN or something.
