My roommate decided we needed a new router because the wifi signal was not strong enough in her room. So she got one, and despite my telling her to wait for me to get home or just set it up to our current wifi network specifications she tried to set up a new one. She couldn't really figure it out and in the end just waited for me to set it up with our current network. Somehow, she managed to set something up though, because what she started to set up will show up every once in a while and the signal will start shooting off that network rather than our original one. (Ex: connected to network A. Only network A shows up to log into. Suddenly network A stops working and Network B magically appears and I now have to log in to Network B to get anything to work. Even though network A is still there, showing up) This is very annoying to be in the middle of something, having it all of a sudden time out because the wifi network I was connected to is no longer sending out a signal because this other network is sending it out. How can I remove what my roommate did and just have our 1 wifi network? Is this as simple as just doing a factory reset? Any help appreciated.
