How can I remove Diner Component?

It's really annoying,Adblock doesn't block it,it is't an extension from chrome and the antivirus doesn't find it.

Is it something you installed? If so can you uninstall it via programmes and features? Alternatively, look for it in task manager, right click on it and choose 'open file location' - maybe it can be removed from there?
