I bought this PC for $500 on Newegg last year and I slowly upgraded the hardware the PSU from 300W to 1250W XFX Pro Series and GPU from AMD Radeon HD 7750 to 7970 and now I am working getting a new motherboard and CPU and I don't want the iBUYPOWER name and logo on my system.

The only other system I have seen anything like that on is an Alienware system and you can't remove the logo, as it is coded through the bios on the motherboard, but if you replaced the motherboard, then the logo would be gone with it, or at least that is how I assume it would work, as its not easy to replace a laptop motherboard to test the theory

My PC didn't came with the software or the serial-number. So a few months later, six months, the OS asked for my serial-number that I did not have and was forced to legitimately spend $114 on my legitimate Microsoft account when iBUYPOWER refused to give the serial-number on a PC I bought from them last X-Mas.

When I was looking for question I stumble upon this question (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1779672/install-windows-product-key.html#.) and I was wondering if I can do the same in my state except I'l install Windows 8 in a current hard-drive and hope it will freshly give me Windows 8 without the logos.

my HDD already has Win8 with iBUYPOWER logo and I was thinking installing on it.
