How Can I remove these partitions showing up in my File Explorer Windows 10

I have an external HDD which when connected to the laptop doesn't show up in file explorer i have to go to device manager and assign it a Drive letter every time to be able to use it...
after removing the drive it leaves an in accessible partition in File Explorer with the drive letter i have used to assign to my HDD here is whats it looks like

Anyone can tell me how can i remove these partitions and clear all drive letters...

Check each of the drives to see if they may be a memory card (like an SD card or thumb drive) and what is stored on them.
Write down a list of the one's you do not want.
Go into your 'Administrative tools' and select 'computer management' then 'Disk Management.'
At the bottom, find the partitions/volumes with the drive letters you do not want, right click and delete them.
If they are on the same disk as another volume (like C Drive) you can extend that volume to use that extra space.

well,its stated after recovering my hard drive when its got corrupted by bitlock encryption i recovered my all data and format the drive made some new partitions after which the problem i defined above is started happening before that it was just fine

this is the main problem actually the drives you see in the picture is only shown in the explorer when i go to the device manager there is nothing else but my C drive device manager doesn't show the drives the explorer is showing

lets get down to business then...i may not be able to respond u promptly...but i ll do....
how many drives u have in total...
pls make a list with the drive letters with the physical drives u have...and which of thm are showing in disk management...
also pls make a list of which are showing in disk management and bios in tandem...and which isnt...

I have a single SSD installed in my Laptop so device manager only shows ssd drive the partitions you see in Explorer are the partitions of my external hdd which when removed from laptop leaves the partitions as you can see in picture
7 partitions means i have attached and de-attached the external drive 7 times
