How can i remove this blank program?

Hello everyone, i just opened up the apps and feature section to remove some unwanted programs then i suddenly stumbled across this program with no name whatsoever. I'm afraid its some sort of virus but i cant delete it for some reason. Here is a picture of it:

How can i get rid of it? and is it actually bad?

Considering you have random junk like "wtfast" and "yahoo messenger", you should seriously consider reinstalling windows and avoiding all that garbage you installed (winrar out, 7zip in, etc)

as for wtfast and yahoo i've already unistalled them but my aim is the blank program in the picture and how to unistall it if it's bad.

Like I said, go to the control panel and uninstall from there. If you still have issues after that you can try ccleaner to remove the registered uninstaller if the program was corrupted on uninstall

the issue is i dont know the name of the blank program and ccleaner doesnt display it.

does it show in control panel/Programs/Uninstall as that is where basroil is asking you to look. It may not have a name here either. Is this no name program appearing in start up?

Even if you don't know the name you know when you installed it. Just uninstall everything you installed on Jan 24 2016 from the control panel.

If that doesn't work, I highly suggest a reinstall of windows since you likely have a lot more garbage installed that you aren't showing us!
