I can't seem to get rid of this script in internet explorer settings on my friends work computer. Anyone have any ideas? I have ran malwarebytes, ccleaner, adwcleaner, Microsoft security essentials. MSE had detected 2 Trojans, malwarebytes found malicious stuff. But that script thing is still there.

It's in internet options> connections> lan settings> address: nonestops.org/wpad.dat?(bunch of numbers and letters after that).
