How can i remove write protection from usb

First, if it's an SD or other flash memory card (from a digital camera, for example) then make sure its write-protect switch is set to allow writes:

If that doesn't solve the problem, then check to make sure that writing to USB devices isn't disabled in the Registry.

you can always protect read write on your USB, you can consider this http://thedijje.blogspot.in/2012/10/protect-USB-read-write.html
if you seems USB is write protected,

you can copy and paste this code in notepad file, save as .reg extension and save as full permission.
backup your registry and after this Run the reg file you have created.
after this plug in your USB and right click on it, you will see option grant full admin permission. click on it and you're done.
