What’s the oem part ?
Is it a single connector and if so who can tell me the oem part# ?

At this point, you're far better off, if you need a USB port, getting a PCIE USB expansion card. Unless it's an extremely popular case and even then, only one of a few parts like drive trays, it's rare that you can find this kind of replacement easily.
