how can I reset my IP address on my LG TV when it is locked

I have WiFi and cable with AT&T. Never had the need to watch you tube. Now that I want to my IP address is set at 0000 and locked. How can I reset it so I can watch you tube?

Who locked the LG TV? That person will probably need to unlock it for you.
