How can I restore my file since I got recup_dir.1 to recup_dir.468

I used testdisk to recover a virtual volume from an encrypted files I got 60GB of recovery data with testdisk program Now after recovery I got these files recup_dir.1 until recup_dir.468 and I have no idea what to do with these files and finally restore the file I need.

recup_dir.1 and recup_dir.468 are not files, they are folders. Your recovered files should be inside those folders.
