I am trying to install Windows 10 home 64 bit and it's not installing. I set up my computer correctly because it boots up and everything, I have a 2tb HDD and 1tb SSD with an ASUS DVD drive. I wanted to return the disk. When trying to install win 10, it says at a point "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required are available and restart the installation." What exactly do I do to return it and get a refund? I ordered through Amazon.

Start by contacting Amazon customer support. Make sure to get the contact info directly from Amazon. There are lots of scammers out there imitating them.

Also, keep in mind that opened software is often not returnable. You should consider just downloading the most recent version directly from MS and using the license (product key) to complete the installation. That is really what you paid for.

Also, be sure you have only the one drive connected when you're installing this.
