WIndows 10 doesnt give me the option to "Go Back to the previous version of Windows 10" even though it hasn't been 10 days. How can I rollback to the previous Windows 20H2 and remove all traces of the 21H1 update because I do suffer from gaming issues like game stuttering and lower fps ever since the 21H1 update?

May 11 update takes you to version 19042.985.
The release version of 21H1 is 19043.985 meaning it includes the patch you want to roll back.
You can't avoid it, best idea is to update drivers and see if that helps.

Windows 10 21H1 is still in Beta release, so you're most probably on Insider channel. I am not sure there's way back in beta versions.

And if you have issues, and you're Insider - report them, you'll help others doing that.
actually I made an error, I actually have the 20H2 cumalative update but it is the May 11th version. It installed itself without my permission. is there still a way to fix this issue because this update bothers my fps performance. I apologize for the hassle.
