[SOLVED] how can i run my game smoother?

i have a low end laptop and my games lag a lot. so can anyone please tell me how can i run games smoother?

Buy a better laptop. You may squeeze out a couple more frames per second by making sure as many background tasks are closed as possible, but there's no magic solution if the problem is the specs themselves. Perhaps there's something more specific going on, but it's hard to tell since you've told us nothing about your laptop or the games you're playing.

There's nothing you can do, unfortunately. This was inadequate to play FPS-type games even when it was new.
