how can I solve my high ping

For some reason the last week I have had 400 ping on my ps4 even on a wired connection. The thing is that the the first 30 minuets or so games run fine but after the 30 minuets I get the bad ping. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to deal with it.

I don't know my ISP package but it should matter because no new users were added and it worked up until a week ago.
