[SOLVED] How can I stop my just built pc form chrashing?

Whenever I launch the Bios, after 3 - 4 minutes it freezes and I can't interact with it. If I try to launch Windows 10 from my boot drive (USB) it Blue screens almost instantly. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
Specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600
AsRock B450M-Pro-F
G. SKILL eipjaws V 3000mhz 2x8gb
Silicon Power A55 512gb ssd
Asus Radeon RX 580 8gb

I would try a single stick of RAM. If then stable I would try updating the BIOS to the latest version.

Im reinstalling the windows 10 installation media so i cant test that now, but after Ive taken one stick of ram out the bios is holding up and not crashing after 10 minutes so I think that helped in someway.
Does this mean I should RMA the RAM or whats the actual issue here?

The first thing to do is update the BIOS. The issue could be fixed by a newer BIOS. If that does not work we can look at testing the RAM.
