How can I stop the pop up that says i may be a victim of software piracy

I got windows 7 ultimate copy and put it on my computer. It worked great until the trial expired. Now it cuts off my wallpaper and screen saver and always has a pop up. Can I disable this?

You must have a cracked copy and you need to purchase a legit copy. Just buy a oem copy and be done with it.
