How can I stop using RAID 0 and keep all the data?

I recently got a M.2 drive and my mobo doesn't support it while there is a raid setup. I would like to keep all the data while not using RAID 0 any more.

Backup the data to a USB drive. Then breakup and reformat the RAID drives. Copy data to one or both of the previous RAID drives.

Pretty much exactly whats above, I recommend using macrium reflect for this provided you are on a windows system.
