How can I stream PC screen to Samsung Smart TV?

Hi so I would like to know how I can stream my PC screen to my Samsung Smart TV. I am not talking about how to stream videos and pictures on to my TV screen, but the entire PC screen wireless.

Kinda like VNC but to your TV.. Hmm about the only thing I can think of is maybe a wireless hdmi dongle to go from your PC to the TV's video input.
