is there an easy way to check? i have sandra

rig:
gigabyte ds3
e4300
kingston ddr2 667mhz ram

right now im running the 4300 at 2.10ghz and the bus at 233, with the ram at 2.66x

even amount of dimm slots used??

RAM that has the same spec??

--- usually thats a big yes.

You can always tell on boot up though, most machines while posting will list your RAM specs below your CPU spec; clear mention if its dual channel or not.

Keep it in a 1:1 ratio; C2D loves 1:1. In other news, you can go up to a 333 bus before you should even watch your RAM.

EDIT: CPU-Z should tell you if its single or dual-channel mode. There should also be a setting for it in BIOS under memory settings; the same place you can change timings and voltage for the RAM.
