Hello,
I recently bought a GTX 770 which was an upgrade from my 6970 amd. I reinstalled windows to make sure no drivers were interfering and upgraded from windows 7 to 8.1.
My question is i will get fairly decent FPS (Constant 53) on FFXIV for a good few minutes on maximum and then it starts jumping from 53 down to 20 and back to 53. (This causes audio stutter as well as graphical)
Same goes for DAYZ which is less of a stutter but just lower fps if i move the camera rapidly.
Specs:
1090T OCed at 3.6GHZ
2x2gb ram
MSI GTX 770
650 xfx psu

Is a picture of my GPU usage after a few minutes on Dayz.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!
