This is my first ever PC build and I have decided to go with a Ryzen 3600 , MSI B450 Tomahawk( updated the bios to 7C02v1A ) and a kit of HyperX Predator 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 Dual Channel but I am currently facing memory issues Windows Memory Diagnostics is returning errors Memtest is retrieving lots of errors and most workers in prime64 are not working even though my system posts. I have been experiencing issues when opening multiple chrome tabs ( some of them crash and recently a bsod with the core error Memory Management). Is there anything I can do to fix and bring my system to be more stable?

Solution
You MAY want to try each RAM individually in a different slot and retest to see if it is a particular module or slot at fault.

But generally, you'll likely need to replace the RAM.
Welcome to the forums my friend!

Is the memtest only occuring when the RAM is overclocked? If so, remove the overclock and retest.
If you have errors on memtest, then you need to return the RAM.

Even 1 error on a memtest is enough to return the RAM.

I disabled the XMP and ran memtest again.

I had way more than one error (something in the 6000 range) and the testing stopped earlier due too many errors

Before I hurry and try to buy a new ram kit ,would a more stable bios update fix the issue? (Lots of people are complaining about MSI's bios updates especially the ones that support the 3000 series Ryzen processors )

Potentially.
There is no harm in trying.

Yes there are various BIOS issues across the board, if there is a BIOS update helping memory compatibility then try it, but trying memtest with each module would identify if it is indeed a module, as it's much less likely that both modules are faulty.

I have tested my RAM kit and apparently one the sticks is faulty. One did not give me any errors in memtest86 so I will be running with that until I manage to return / buy a matching new stick of ram.
Thank you PC Tailor for the help <3
