How can I turn it back on?

My HP Stream 11 charges but won't cut on. We literally just bought it YESTERDAY at Walmart. The white light beside the charger comes on and the power button is blinking. It won't turn on and it's making me very frustrated cause it can't be broken we just got it.

Well, surprise, it can be broken.

I suggest just taking it back to Walmart for an exchange or refund.
