Go to the Windows start menu, search "cmd" without quotes, and press enter. It should bring up the command prompt. Go into that window and type "ipconfig" without quotes and hit enter. A lot of information should pop up, look for "default gateway". Type the numbers and the periods after that into any web browser, and that should bring you into the router configuration page. After that, yes, there should be a parental controls portion depending on your router. You should be able to turn it off at a certain time from there.
