How can I un-ban my banned account?

So, I made a clear mistake which got my previous account InfinityVive banned an hour ago, I just posted that topic because I was a "BIT" too mad, Because I unfairly lost 6 races in a row in need for speed payback online because of bad internet... Well, Why did I get banned right away? I am supposed to get a warning before getting banned, which is called a "Second chance" , I am wondering if I would get un-banned any time soon.
