How can I un-partition a HDD

My HDD is 4tb and it has 2 partions, a partion that I can use which is about 2 tb and another partion that I assume are for backups which is also around 2tb, and since I already have a 4tb backup drive, how do I un-partion my HDD?

Before any recommendations, please show us a screencap of your full Disk Management window.

try a tool like minitool partition wizard, it's one of my favourites and free.

I have the tool installed, could you show some steps on how to solve it?

click on the first partition on the disk you are working with, on the left side of the screen there's an option called merge , follow the onscreen instructions to merge that partition with the one next to it.

you will need to click the apply button upper left to have it execute the changes
