Today I made a new setup, but I had some issues. After the assambling on my monitor said "no signal". I don't know why... My motherboard is ASrock B450M Pro, CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU is ASUS Radeon RX 460 OC 4GB and the RAMs are G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2x8GB). Please if you have some ideas share with me to solve the problem. I think should update my BIOS, but I can't bacause the black screen...

You need an older supported AMD CPU installed so you can update the BIOS to version 3.30 or newer.
Read the notes on listed with each BIOS version here:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4/#BIOS

If you are not familiar/comfortable with updating a BIOS, you should take your Motherboard/PC to a local shop and pay them a small fee to do the required BIOS updates for you.
