[SOLVED] How can I update my bios to support my new cpu D3062-A1

I have i5 2400s rn and I want to upgrade to i5 3570 but I can t update my bios to 42 version that is supported for the cpu.

what 42 version? look like the latest is V4.6.4.0 - R1.29.0
and where did you see it support 3rd gen?
