How can I upgrade my computer?

So I wanna upgrade this old piece of crap. What new processor and graphics card can I get? And please don't say "get a new pc" or something like that

Motherboard: Acer Motherboard FC51GM
Processor: AMD Sempron 3200+, 1800 Mhz, 1 Core, 1 Logical Processor
Bios: Phoenix Technologies, LTD R02-B1, 7/14/2006
RAM: 2.50 GB

I don't use it for much, except for internet browsing and sometimes cod4 (which i get around 20-35 fps)

It is time to move on. You could toss a quicker processor in it with 2 cores but im thinking your time and money might be better spent on a new computer. Some of the parts could be reused.
