How can I upgrade my Hp Pavilion Sleekbook cpu,gpu,ram and hard drive to do some gaming

I want to upgrade my laptop so i can play like minecraft,gta sa or anything like that.

These are the specs for my laptop

2 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 Upgradeable to 8 GB DDR3

AMD Radeon HD 7310 Discrete-Class

320 GB SATA (5400 rpm)

Windows 7 Ultimate

Please give me the list of stuff i have to buy

The only thing you're going to be able to upgrade on that system is the RAM. Anything else and you'll need a whole new system.
